Legal Pages: We can assist in incorporating legal pages into the website design. However, it is the client's responsibility to obtain the necessary legal documents. The website will be developed using the content you provide. We strongly recommend that clients consult with a legal professional to identify and prepare the required legal pages, such as terms of service, privacy policy, and disclaimers pertinent to your website.

Copy (the words on your website)
You’ll provide the copy for your website. Many clients choose to write it themselves (and I’m happy to do light copy-editing during the build). If you’d like extra support, I can make recommendations if you want help with this step.
Photos & Graphics (The images on your website)
All website images will come from you. Brand photography is a great way to add personality, but if it’s not in your budget, curated stock photos and graphics work beautifully too.

The design process is typically hands off for the client. Their involvement will be answering the questionnaire, submitting their content to me and then waiting to review their site. The edits week is more collaborative because it requires the client to set aside time to review the site and request any edits they may want me to make.

Not at the moment. However, we do provide 2 weeks of post-launch support for 4-week websites and 1 week of post-launch support for 1-page sites so you can ask any questions or get help with troubleshooting as you launch your website.
With your Squarespace plan, you'll have unlimited access to their support team through live chat and email, available 24/7.
If you require updates on a larger scale in the future, we can provide you with a custom quote for your project.

Yes! In order to use Squarespace, you’ll need to get an account, which as of right now is $23 per month ($279 yearly for the recommended business plan).
The good news is, Squarespace includes a free domain with your hosting plan. You can also get 20% off your first year of hosting if you’re a new Squarespace customer.

Totally. Upon completion and final payment I will transfer full ownership of your website to you. You may choose to keep me on as an administrator in case you need extra support at any time.
